Bookings & rentals

By booking through Cosmic Cabs, you agree to a minimum 3-day rental period. All rentals are self-drive and subject to availability from verified fleet partners across Goa.

You must hold a valid driving licence, be at least 21 years of age, and complete identity verification before your booking is confirmed.

Vehicle assignment may occur after payment. Your booking confirmation will include the assigned fleet partner and handover details.

Payments

A portion of your rental is paid online at checkout through Razorpay, our certified payment partner. The remaining balance and refundable security deposit are settled directly with your fleet partner at vehicle handover.

Online payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

Quotes shown before checkout include applicable location fees, night surcharges, and GST where relevant. Final amounts are confirmed in your booking summary.

Cancellations & modifications

Cancellation and modification terms are displayed at checkout and in your booking confirmation. Contact your fleet partner or Cosmic Cabs support promptly if your travel plans change.

No-shows or failure to complete identity verification may result in cancellation without refund, subject to your booking confirmation.

Deposits & refunds

A refundable security deposit is collected by your fleet partner at pickup. After return and a condition check, the deposit is refunded per the partner's policy — typically within a few business days.

Deductions may apply for damage, missing accessories, traffic violations, tolls, or fuel shortfall as documented at handover.

Vehicle use & liability

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including traffic violations, tolls, and fuel unless otherwise stated. Return the vehicle in the same condition as documented at pickup, subject to fair wear.

Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving outside permitted areas, sub-letting, or commercial hire unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Cosmic Cabs connects travellers with independent fleet partners. The rental agreement at handover is between you and the partner supplying the vehicle.

Contact sharing & coordination

By proceeding with checkout, you consent to Cosmic Cabs sharing your name, phone number, and email with the assigned fleet partner for booking coordination, handover, and support during your rental.

Partners may contact you regarding pickup timing, vehicle condition, extensions, and return arrangements.
